Help While You Are at the Table

Something feel off mid-hand? Our support paths are here for live poker questions specifically — from disconnections to hand history requests.

Disconnection During a Hand If your connection drops mid-hand, our system logs the last confirmed game state. Contact live chat straight away and quote your table ID — we pull the hand record and resolve it.
Hand History and Disputes Every live poker hand is recorded on our server. If a result looks wrong, open a support ticket within 24 hours and reference the hand timestamp for a full review.
Table Limits and Seat Access Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table. If a table shows full, the lobby refreshes seat counts automatically — or ask support to point you to an equivalent open room.
HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep the Poker Lobby Fair

Live poker integrity comes from the studio providers we carry and the standards they operate under. Here is what sits behind every hand dealt on our tables.

Studio-Side RNG and Dealing Physical cards are dealt by a human dealer in a licensed studio. There is no software RNG in the card draw — the deal is mechanical and the camera feed is unedited.
Provider Certification Evolution and Pragmatic Play carry independent audit certificates for their live dealing studios. RTP figures for specific poker variants are shown on the game's info panel where the provider publishes them.
Account Security at Login Your account is protected by OTP verification at every login. We do not store card or wallet credentials on our side — JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast transactions process through each wallet's own secure gateway.
Fair Seat Distribution Seats at live poker tables are assigned in the order requests arrive. No account gets queue priority over another — the lobby status shown is the live count from the studio feed.

Live Poker Tables Inside the mr777 Lobby

Our live poker section carries tables at varying bet sizes so you can pick a seat that suits your stack. Evolution's Casino Hold'em runs around the clock with a human dealer managing every hand. Pragmatic Play's live rooms add Three Card Poker and side-bet options for players who want more action on each deal. Tables are streamed in HD, with chat enabled

so you can read the dealer's pace before you commit chips. Open your account, head to the Live Casino tab and filter by Poker to see every table currently running, including current seat availability.

Live Poker Glossary for New and Returning Players

Quick definitions for the terms you will see at our live poker tables — useful whether you are sitting at Casino Hold'em for the first time or reviewing your hand history.

01
What is the ante in live poker?

The ante is a mandatory bet placed before any cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em it activates your seat for that hand. Size varies by table minimum as shown in the lobby.

02
What does 'call' mean at a live poker table?

Calling means matching the dealer's raise to stay in the hand. In Casino Hold'em the call bet is typically double the ante. The dealer then reveals the board cards.

03
What is a side bet in live poker?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main hand. Three Card Poker tables commonly offer Pair Plus as a side bet — it pays out on your three cards alone, regardless of the dealer's hand.

04
What does 'fold' mean and when should you do it?

Folding means surrendering your hand and forfeiting the ante. You fold when your hole cards are weak. In Casino Hold'em, folding before the flop ends your round immediately.

05
What is RTP in live poker?

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of wagered money a game returns over many hands. In live poker it is published by the studio — we display it on the game info panel where available.

06
What is a hand history in live casino poker?

A hand history is the server record of every action in a completed round — cards dealt, bets placed, outcome. You can request it from support if you want to review a specific result.
